The Heb Group successfully transformed an existing building into the state-of-the-art Broad Street Community Diagnostic Centre in Halifax.

This fast-tracked project was completed in just 20 weeks and included comprehensive Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) system installations.

Project Details

The refurbishment involved the installation of:

  • Lighting and power systems
  • Fire alarms
  • Data and access control systems
  • Nurse call systems
  • Heating and ventilation
  • Domestic water services
  • AC and VRF systems
  • Smoke dampers and Building Management Systems (BMS)
  • Sanitaryware and drainage

Despite facing minimal access and storage facilities, The Heb Group efficiently managed the project, ensuring all installations were completed to the highest standards.

This collaboration significantly enhanced healthcare services in Halifax, resulting in a modern diagnostic center that serves the community's needs effectively.
