Heb Facilities Management Supports NSPCC at Blakemore Charity Ball

On 7th April 2016, the prestigious Blakemore Charity Ball was held at Coombe Abbey in Warwickshire, raising over £30,000 to support the NSPCC’s vital work. The funds raised will enable the NSPCC Schools Service to reach more than 3,600 children across the UK, providing education on how to recognise and respond to abuse, and where to find help.

Heb Facilities Management proudly sponsored the event’s pens and hosted a table of esteemed guests from Blakemore, along with Heb FM directors. The sponsorship and presence at the event highlighted Heb Facilities Management’s strong commitment to supporting charitable initiatives that positively impact the lives of vulnerable children.

The NSPCC Schools Service plays a crucial role in visiting schools to talk to children about the dangers of abuse and the importance of speaking out. A ChildLine supervisor shared a powerful example of its impact:

We recently received a call from a young person who had been physically abused at home. After the NSPCC visited her school, she found the courage to reach out to us. This service gives children the confidence to speak up when they need help the most.

Through the participation in the Blakemore Charity Ball, Heb Facilities Management has demonstrated its dedication to supporting initiatives that protect children and help them build safer futures. The funds raised will make a lasting difference, ensuring children receive the crucial support and education needed to recognise abuse and seek assistance.

Heb Facilities Management is honoured to have played a part in supporting such an important cause, reinforcing its commitment to social responsibility and making a positive impact in communities.
