Heb Group’s new project!
Heb Group will soon be working alongside East Riding of Yorkshire Council and Interserve Construction to relocate St Anne’s School and 6th Form to the former site of Hessle School.
The new facility will provide a broad range of facilities for children with a wide spectrum of special educational needs and disabilities.
The school will incorporate residence facilities along with a Therapeutic Centre. The building also encompasses 44 Supported Living Flats, across 3 floors, to provide a fully integrated educational and residential hub with all the benefits that brings.
The M&E Services include a dedicated Energy Centre, underfloor heating throughout along with Misting Fire Protection System to the dwellings.
We are excited to start this project as it combines two of our established major growth sectors by delivering residential and educational facilities on one site, whilst working alongside one of our major and important clients, Interserve Construction, and well respected Professional Design Team members like Race Cottam, Adept and Jackson Coulson Partnership.
