The cleaning plan in place has been built specifically around the daily flow of the school. No two primary schools are the same, and Woodlands has its own rhythms, priorities, and pressures. The Schools are looking amazing following summer deep cleans. The management of cleaning staff and cover for absence were a major issue for the trust beforehand, this is now no longer something we need to consider. All staff have enhanced DBS checks in line with the trust policies and procedures. Mercia Learning Trust have developed an excellent working relationship with Heb Cleaning & Hygiene that we will look to build on.
